Print orders are fulfilled through Pigeon Printhouse. Pigeon Printhouse is happy to replace lost or damaged orders for customers.

ln order for PPH to replace lost packages, the tracking info provided by the courier must show proof that your order was not delivered.

To replace prints that are damaged in transit, within 48-hours of delivery, you must provide photographic proof that your print(s) and the packaging were damaged. This is required so PPH can create a claim with the courier. Without photographic evidence, PPH will be unable to issue a free replacement. Once PPH is able to confirm that a package was lost ordamaged, they will send replacements within 2 to 4-business days at no cost to you.
